How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?

Orders that are payment approved and pass order verification by 3 pm Pacific time are processed and shipped on the same week day.

Orders placed after 3 pm Pacific Friday will be shipped Monday.

The exception here is: if we can't ship your order immediately due to incomplete order verification, we won't be able to offer a delayed shipping refund.

We offer several shipping options.

Spend $250 or more to receive free FedEx 2 Day Delivery within the Continental United States.

Packages generally do not require signature unless requested or are of high-value.

USPS Ground Advantage

International Express Economy

• Flat rates, varies by country
• 3-7 business day delivery (not guaranteed)
• Monday through Friday delivery

USPS Priority Mail is available to serve our Alaska, Hawaii, Post Office box address, and APO/FPO customers.
